(December 11, 2020, 12:39 am)We hired Blue Mountain Plumbing, Heating and Cooling to fix our water heater. They came on time with parts necessary and got them installed only find that there was a secondary issue preventing the new part from working properly, an issue that was actually the reason the broken part went bad in the first place. They were determined not leave until the unit was fixed and after much effort isolated and identified the original issue. They were able to fix it and now our water heater works like new for less than half the cost of having it replaced. Honestly I am certain 90% of the service technicians out there would have given up and said our only option would be to replace it.
