  I went to see Dr. Trzaska for severe sciatica nerve pain in 2022. After a few treatments experienced relief - after a couple of months the pain was gone. Dr. T is so knowledgeable and effective with her treatment. I am so thankful for her and the acupuncture treatments she performs! I would recommend highly to everyone :)

  Acupuncture was always such a relaxing and comfortable experience. NAET has successfully helped my daughter to eliminate upwards of 10 severe allergies. It has truly been life changing for us and we cannot recommend it enough.

  I started coming to Windstone Acupuncture at the recommendation of my chiropractor, and I've had amazing success with gaining mobility back in my neck, shoulders, and lower spine. Dr. Stephanie Trzaska made me feel very comfortable from the first impression and I'm grateful for her skills and how quickly I've had improvement! Her facility layout is very comfortable and having the privacy curtains to just relax in the treatment is just fantastic. Can't wait to continue my healing journey here!

  Stephanie is incredible. I love coming in to see her as much as I appreciate and delight in the impact acupuncture has had on my body and my life.
  
  I've recommended her to many people in my life and they all come back thanking me, which I then immediately pass on to her.
  
  After seeing her I haven't been able to bring myself to see another acupuncturist. I also really appreciate the space she's created for community clinic.
  
  I find the atmosphere and chair she sits me in to be comfortable and soothing.
  
  I highly recommend starting your acupuncture experience here and if you are already enjoying, try on a practitioner that will reignite your appreciation of the practice.

  The treatments and the space are comforting. Acupuncture is truly helpful for my better overall health and when I've had specific concerns it's a relief to know Windstone Acupuncture is there. Stephanie is professional, knowledgeable and attentive to the experience and she puts people at ease. Exceptional all around!
