After proofing the house following a very heavy mouse infestation, we have not found a single mouse (fingers crossed!). To clarify an earlier review, they explained that the proofing, which had been done so effectively, prevented the mice already in the house from escaping back out. Once that mouse was killed (we knocked it with a box) and every hole double checked for a resealing - there were no more. Really great company (our house is huge and old, so this was not an easy job) and fantastic customer service.
