(January 12, 2019, 8:02 pm)Brought my own frames to use, the lab ended up breaking them, but got a replacement pair. They said they "called" me, but never received a phone call or even a message, I'm glad I called after waiting a whole week, but they said they called with their automated system.... but I got an actual call saying my broken glasses from the lab were ready. Lol
