First time I brought a car here it was a Ford Taurus SHO. It was a stick with bands. I Had knocked them loose because I didn't know. Not only did they explain it to me but reattached them for free. They've always given me great service at a reasonable price. Recently, had my sister's car taken there after she got a crazy quote at another transmission shop.Tony and his crew checked it out and let me know what was going on. It wasn't something I could have fixed but they worked with me until I could get the car salvaged. I"ve always gotten great service from Rams and recommend it highly if you have any car needs.

Support family owned business. This is one that is worth supporting. Ram replaced our transmission quickly, gave us a reasonable price, and awesome warranty. We Just went through this situation less than a year ago with AAMCO and it was a nightmare. I only wish I would have gone to RAM last year!!
They offer free towing. Tony communicated everything and was very informative. I've been to other shops and felt their communication was lacking. I either received no information or whatever we had discussed previously ended up changing. I'm very pleased with this place and will keep them in mind for any future issues.
