(September 20, 2018, 9:05 am)After having fixed an initial problem with my almost new LG fridge, Skip came to diagnose a new problem one year later. Since I was a current customer he didn't charge me for the diagnosis, even though he was potentially losing a repair job. AND, he recommended that I buy a new fridge as the LG was prone to failing. I greatly appreciated his and his partner's advise. They showed integrity in letting me know my best options. I went straight to Arvada Appliance, who they recommended and had wonderful service there. Thanks for your excellent service. It softens the blow of having to replace a 3 year old refrigerator. Vidan

(July 9, 2018, 5:38 pm)My dishwasher wasnt working. I called Quality, after having other people trying to fix it and they all told me i needed a new dishwasher. They tried to refer me to a place they worked with to get a new one. Then a friend referred me to Quality and they came over and it turned out to be a 15 dollar part. They made a 2nd trip out replaced the part and my dishwasher has had no problems since.

(June 18, 2018, 12:55 pm)I had several appliances that needed work. Skip and Larry did a great job of diagnosing and fixing heating elements in my dryer and oven. They also helped with a broken light bulb in my over stove light. Skip is very knowledgeable and does a quick efficient job. Thank you!

Who would think you get all this awesome service from one company but skip is just the guy that knows how to fix it all. And to top it off the prices were lower than any other company I shopped. They have my business and referrals. Thank you guys for working around my schedule and teaching me a few things about my appliances
