Maintain Me, Senior Services

We were referred to Maintain Me by another very satisfied client who had used Morgan Jenkins to help place his mother in a senior living facility. We were looking to possibly relocate from North Carolina to Denver to be closer to our son and his family. I called Morgan with a long list of things we were looking for in a Life Plan community. She immediately followed up with a Zoom video call to get to know us better and let us know what might meet our expectations in the Denver area. Then she qualified and quantified the communities with summary sheets on each that we might be interested in and set up appointments to visit them on very short notice. Although we decided not to move to Denver, Morgan was very professional throughout the entire process and we would definitely use her and Maintain Me again if our circumstances change. She has the heart, empathy, and experience to offer a turnkey service to anyone looking for senior placement services.

A friend and neighbor recommended Maintain Me when I needed to find a place for my elderly parents and I was overwhelmed. I had been trying to research facilities and was inundated with calls, emails, texts, but zero substantive information needed to make a decision. Julie took my initial call, gave me great information up front, and connected me to Morgan. Morgan immediately jumped into action and took a huge load off our shoulders. I cannot thank Morgan and team enough for finding the right solution for my parents. My parents just reached 6 months in their new home and we reflected last night how much we appreciate the move. I did not know that senior placement services even existed until I needed to move my father closer to family. The options can be overwhelming when you have no experience with housing and amenities needed as loved ones age. Chelsea at Maintain Me was wonderful! She is passionate about finding the best living options for the price you/your parent can afford. She took a lot of the fear and loathing out of the process by presenting me with a list of best suited options for my father. She also set up and attended tours with me. She responds quickly to requests, is professional, and is a kind person.

Words cannot express my appreciation for Maintain Me! The service and compassion we received were superior, far beyond our expectations. Morgan was incredible in helping my family find a new facility for my grandmother after a fall prevented her from going back to her previous facility. I was at a loss because many facilities were not accepting patients at the level of skill required for my grandma. Also, many facilities were not returning my calls or following up once contacted, which was beyond frustrating. It was a true blessing that Morgan helped take some of the weight off my shoulders in this process; honestly, I was running out of ideas and resources on my own. My grandma is now in her new home, and we feel at ease knowing that she is being well cared for and has the care team necessary for her needs. Thank you Morgan and Maintain Me; we are very grateful!
