In the past 14 months I have gone from feeling old beyond my years due to spinal injuries in the past that had gone uncorrected, to feeling 20 years younger. The natural curve to my spine has been retrieved and I am free of asthma (after 45 years of traditional drugs that only controlled the symptoms). I have lost weight, feel more energetic and clearer headed, and enjoy being drug free and healthy. There was a lot to learn at first, but it has been worth the time to absorb this new, healthy way to live my life. And really the emphasis should be on LIVE as the quality of my life has improved dramatically.
