Troy was responsive and timely. He has an abundance of knowledge about carpet repair and stretching, he grew up in this business so has more experience than anyone else. I called A Johnnys because they're local family owned and operated and have been in the business forever. He also is willing to clean your carpets to make everything look like new.

Used them twice so far and will continue to do so and got his name through a referral from a customer who's been with him for years and years. This customer also had light colored carpets and sofas like me. Impressive work - thorough and real perfectionist! I also had carpet repair done in my walk -in closet - I couldn't even tell that a repair was done - seamless and perfect! Troy is super pleasant and very experienced and so professional! Highly recommend!!!

Used their service 3 times. Once to patch damaged carpet, and twice to steam clean entire house. I have been happy with each service and they are friendly and prompt. Technicians are quick and efficient. Will definitely use them again!
