Kyle and Shellee have sold two houses for me. The first was large home that I sold with a partner. After interviewing several realtors, Kyle stood out because of his in-depth research of the area. He worked with us supportively and consistently until our house was sold, and he was always a real pleasure to work with.
Kyle was my agent for the sale of a second, older home as well. Before we went to market, he advised me on how to make the house more appealing to potential buyers. The house went under contract swiftly after it listed.
In both sales, Shellee was a dream. She was always available if I had a question and was great in contract negotiations. Her competence and preparation made the closing process very, very easy.

We originally met Kyle while looking for our first home 17 years ago! We hit the jackpot. 17 years later he has done over 7 different buys and sells for us and our families. 4 years ago he sold our house in 24 hours above listing price.
