This is a small business, the owners is "old school" This is a mom and pop business LITERALLY. The owner and his wife are the cutest sweetest couple. Not to mention their lil pup jojo is so friendly.
I've seen reviews of people claiming ppl are racist or mean, that's not the case!
I got a great all-wheel suv, about 3 years ago still have it! Any time I'm skeptical about anything mechanic wise, or anything really in general. They give advise on where to go what to do and who they trust!
They've been in the game longer then I've been alive, so they know their business, and this city!
I was brought up with manors and respect...
So I had the best experience!
Naturally when you come to a place like this here's some pointers:

•Small talk, before asking to be helped
•Be understanding about if someone ran an errand or when to get lunch. We all still need eat and what's the point of being upset!
maybe ask to wait, leave a your number, or ask when a great time to come back is.
Remember, this is colorado and we don't have some east coast sense of time/demand.????????
Emmett, his wife, Emery are always so kind and friendly. They genuinely care. They did everything to help me. Truly thankful I came here. I recommend to my friends and family.
I love the mom-and-pop shop buying experience! Much better than the high-pressure dealership that is just after your money. Emmit may be old-school, but he takes care of his customers and does a great job. We drove three hours to this place looking for a specific vehicle and he treated us right. We will be back.
