This place is amazing! Great couch, awesome classes I love and enjoy everything about it!! You get your own personal trainer, they give incredible workouts! You get to meet new people everyday! They serve good drinks and meals! I recommend this place to anyone and everyone who enjoys a good hangout/ workout place!! Come check it out!!!

The workouts are fun, I know I wouldn’t sweat as much as I do here if I went to a regular gym. After my workout I drink the herbal life shake. It’s so delicious. I definitely recommend coming here. Fatima is so motivating, I love it!

I have been looking to spice up my workout routine and try different ways to be fit.
I regularly attend classes four to five times per week. The atmosphere is great and you become very much like a team. The coaches are super friendly and very helpful. The classes are intense and awesome workout. So, what is changed in my body? My average weight was 114 pounds. I'am 5'4" with a small frame. Now, I consistently weigh around 119-120 pounds. I feel strong, I feel healthy, and I feel really confident. I have much more muscle definition :) I really love my classes. So, I'm going to stick with it. I'd definitely recommend Fit and Lean! ?
