Best Western Plus Gateway Inn & Suites

Not fancy but clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly. Price was very competitive.

Nice large suite. Very clean. Website said full breakfast that wasn't right it was a grab and go in a paper sack. For the price I would have expected a view of something besides a concrete/wood wall. Also found out after checking in they also needed an extra $50 per night for a deposit that I may eventually get back in 10 days not thrilled that needs to be put in on the website in large letters. Very friendly employees. We had the king size suite. Was happy to see we had plenty of pillows and the bed was very comfortable. The room had its own heat and air worked great very comfortable did not have to keep changing it once we set it. It had a good sized flat screen TV which Best Western provided direct TV. It had a hideabed couch and a matching chair, also had a coffee table, a desk with a rolling desk chair several lamps and they all worked. They said it had a microwave and a refrigerator and both of those worked great. The bath towels and washcloths worked but when you're older and your skin is a lot more delicate I could have swore we were trying to dry with large pieces of sandpaper. Overall great room and service, and yes I would come here again except that I would definitely request a nice view, whether it be mountains or City Life. They also had a nice pool area but did not have time to try it out. Hope this helps others.

The manager was very accomodating. Any other hotel may have turned me away. He was very kind and compassionate. It was lovely.

Fabulous property, very clean, great employees. The beds were comfortable, the hot tub was was amazing, the pool was cool. Highly recommended

One of our beds was broken. But,, Staff was quick to resolve and assure we were comfortable. Very pleasant environment. Pet friendly too!! Would stay again.
