Celebrated a relative's life and passing here. Everyone was very nice and atmosphere was ideal.
I've been to multiple CSL in TX,OK and now here in CO. This one fits the mold for most CSL that I have been to. People are friendly and outgoing. They asked if you are a new visitor to the location and then will welcome you and give you a tour at the end of the service. The music is uplifting and even has some pop songs mixed in makes you listen to the song in a different way next time you hear it on the radio or on a playlist.
I saw a review here talking about this place being judgmental and christian like, I am not sure what that person had experienced. I have heard a some bible stories mixed into talks here but that just depends on the style of the minister if they use more bible references then others. A lot of people do comes from Christian backgrounds so it is to be expected though I haven't heard it much in all the different locations I hvae been to.
They have recently changed ministers so there is going to be a growing process.
As with most reviews take things with a grain of salt, look at the middle of the road reviews for some real insight.

I've been involved with New Dawn way before it was even called New Dawn and this is truly a wonderful place. Its teachings have changed my life so much for the better. I'm also honored to be a small part of the wonderful contributions this place makes to our community.... The annual Season for Nonviolence and the impact this is having on our Aurora schools, our help with the Gateway Women's Shelter, Aurora Warms the Night, the Aurora Animal Shelter and 2nd Chance all benefit from from association with New Dawn. The center is truly a light not only for those of us who attend services and fun events but for the entire Aurora Community.
