  I just moved out of Bella Terra (I just wanted to get a bigger place), but I lived there for about 3 years. I had one of their studio apartments and it was amazing! It was a decent size for 1 or 2 people and it was a decent price when I moved in. I will also say that they didn't nickle and dime me when I moved out either, they were very fair with the cleaning costs.
  
  While you do have to walk to a laundry facility, it is almost always clean and most of the time I would go in there someone would be in the process of cleaning it. I never had any issues with noise or any of the other tenants, everyone I met was super nice and awesome. I will say that the staff is amazing as well and the maintenance crew was on top of their game. They always came out promptly (though I didn't need them often) and they were always crazy polite and helpful.
  
  I also just want to say that during my time there, they re-did the asphalt and, I believe, re-did some of the lawn work too. This shows that they are constantly trying to improve the beauty of the place, which I appreciate.
  
  In short, if you are looking for a great place to live: you should definitely check out Bella Terra.

  I filled in for a day as to the staff had a team building BBQ. What fun is it that your property manager takes the time to hang out and talk with your family. Ozzie the manager is a great guy. Very on top of his game. Truly passionate about his work, residents and staff. Older property in Aurora. Nice landscaping and nicely renovated units. Good prices and a great leasing staff. It was very nice to work for them that day.

  Friendly staff and nice clean property. Ozzly the property manager is running things quite nice and smooth. I was here on a professional level today and was impressed with the staff and property quality. I went to middle school and high school just down the street from here. It brought back some very found memories of my childhood. This property has been here for a numbers of years and I had friend that lived here in high school and after. Te integrity and quality have always been nice. Nice size apartments 2x2 1x1 and studios are available staring at 1025 per month. Landscaping, exterior and interiors are nicely appointed. Clubhouse has a 24hr fitness room with new equipment Business center is well equipped with up to date technology. Washer and dryer in the units makes for a less stressful laundry experience. The best part easy o bus lines and close retail and food venues. But best of all the Dairy Queen across the street. Nice place to live.
