  This school is absolutely the best! I really appreciate the authenticity and hard work that coach Tony D. Brings by receiving a black belt directly from the Gracie family. His dedication as a father and background in the military reflects on the mat and great teaching skills. His awesome wife and kids are also involved in the school, so the family atmosphere is very welcoming. Also the other coaches involved in teaching are certified, very knowledgeable and respectful. If you are looking for a school where egos and intimadation are definitely left outside the door, People are social and eager to learn. Then, I highly recommend this school!

  Initially, I came here for the Women Empowered Program, aimed toward women’s self-defense. Coaches Tanya and Tony are both so patient and encouraging that I happily decided to complete the WEP and earn my pink belt! This environment is so welcoming and supportive that I’m now in the Combatives program working toward my next belt. All the instructors are wonderful! Worth your time!

  I love the bully proofing class my twins are in and the instructors as well. they teach them different scenarios and how to defend themselves without intentionally hurting the bully. The instructors are great as well glad to have them.

  You'd think a group lead by two Gracie world champions, among all world class instructors, would be intimidating. Not at all. This is a family atmosphere, and while technique is a priority, it never comes before encouragement or support or confidence. It is great to see my kids working hard and having fun. The curriculum for the young ones teaches them the techniques in a way that is enjoyable, still allowing them to progress until they are ready to transition to understanding at a deeper level. We are very thankful to have discovered this opportunity!

  My daughter participates here, and she LOVES it. The coaches/instructors here, and i mean ALL of them, are passionate and patient with their craft. Great place for my kid to gain confidence in herself, and respect for others. Don't think twice about this place. Come join!
