  Magda is a great instructor. She makes certain you are doing each exercise properly and safely for the best results. You won’t find a more knowledgeable or patient instructor anywhere.

  I’ve been a Pilates client of Pharonik for the last six years. Starting as an older novice I feel I’ve been taught by a true professional. Magda’s approach fit my needs and skill level allowing me to become stronger, more flexible and fit.
  I truly feel the work I’m doing under Magda’s direction has kept me healthier, added years to, and raised my quality of life.

  I first went to Pharonik Pilates a few years ago because some close friends had been going regularly and suggested we give it a try. At the time, I had intermittent back pain. It was as a result of sitting in an office in front of a computer 95% of my working days. Being in my late 50's, and never having done anything like Pilates before, I wasn't sure what to expect.
  
  My wife and I joined the mat class together. Without any experience with Pilates or Yoga etc. I first felt like a fish out of water. Magda was very attentive to us as newbies and took extra time with my wife and I in 2 or 3 "duo" sessions to help us learn how to do each exercise properly.
  
  Within a few short weeks we were on our way to doing each exercise with correct form and getting the most out of each session. Within a few months I began to develop a very strong core. I had no idea how important that was. My on-and-off back pain went away completely, my balance became much stronger and my flexibility and mobility improved dramatically. I had assumed that my team volleyball days were coming to an end soon, but Magda's sessions have allowed me to not only continue to play, but to play as well as I did 10 years ago!
  
  I can really appreciate Magda's expertise and thorough understanding of Pilates. I have come to realize that the mat sessions are very carefully planned. Each muscle group is engaged, gently at first and then the intensity is progressively increased as the session proceeds. I am sure that is why we get such a complete, high-level workout each week without injury. Magda provides continuous verbal instruction throughout the session and her descriptive language helps me to visualize how to do each exercise with proper form; that makes all the difference.
  
  Pilates was life-changing for me and after 2+ years of regular sessions, I am now committed for life. I know Magda has devoted her career to learning and teaching all varieties of Pilates and her studio has lots of new equipment and classes that I have not tried yet. I am sure I have only scratched the surface of what Pharonik Pilates has to offer.
