  I really love this clinic. I worked in vet medicine for over a decade and Dr Fordham is probably the most compassionate, caring vet I've met. He's up-to-date on all of the most recent practices and advancements and offers multiple treatment options whenever he can. His techs and front desk staff are also really great. Very happy that they opened so close to our home!

  I was very impressed with the doctor that took care of my golden retriever, he was very friendly to my doggy jack and jack was very calm after meeting him (he was anxious while waiting). If you are unsure about taking your animal here do not hesitate because you will find yourself a sigh of relief once you meet the doctor he is a good man for animals and I would trust him with dog, he gives very good advice and does a thorough exam.

  I cant remember ever having a Vet get down on the floor to interface with a pet. He was polite, took time to make sure all my questions were answered, and has called a few times to follow up...... Old school service in a moden era....hard to find these days, and when you do, you stick with it. I will!

  Absolutely LOVE this place. Seriously, if you live in the area you have to come here.
  
  We adopted 2 little kittens and Tall Grass Animal Hospital was listed on the paperwork as somewhere to visit for our after adoption visit. I was happy since they are very close to where we live.
  
  Scheduling appointments is very easy and they usually have something within a couple days. One of our kittens is sick and even though they were booked they still found time to see us. ALL of the staff is very friendly and you can tell that they really care about the pets they're seeing.
  
  Dr. Fordham has put all my kitten worries at ease and returns my calls in a reasonable amount of time. Our kittens have been in twice to see him and each time he follows up a few days later to check on them. When I've called about a concern he calls me back, gives me a game plan, and has been wonderful in helping me to care for our kittens. I am so thrilled to find someone so wonderful to care for our fur babies and while I hope that I don't have to see him often, I look forward to someone so kind taking care of our kittens when needed.

  Five stars for the doctor. Four for the front end/phone staff.
  
  When I initially called the woman who answered didn't seem overly interested in me even when I told her I was a first time visitor.
  
  Luckily I decided to give the place a chance. The doc and vet tech were excellent. The exam rooms feature pleather couches so you and your pet can get comfortable. The doc had excellent bedside manner and was extremely patient with my overly shy dog.
  
  I highly recommend this place if you can get over the grouchy reception staff. This vet replaced Happy Tails for this family.
