Grease Monkey

The crew has been busy taking overflow requests from the Lincoln/Jordan location (temporarily closed). I have been here twice for separate cars and have received great and kindly service. Thank you.

I always go to this Grease Monkey. They are so nice and go beyond when it comes to customer service. Today I stopped in to see if they could help me replace my wiper blades with ones that I had bought elsewhere. They told me it was no problem as long as the ones I bought were compatible(which they were). When I went to pay them for their service they told me it had been no problem and would not charge me. Suffice it to say I will continue to be a loyal customer because of the kindness they show me every time I come in!

Great service! Needed an oil change on the fly before a road trip. They did it quickly AND changed my burnt out headlight bulb for me. The bulb is hard to get to in my jeep too. Very much appreciate that. I will be a returning customer and highly recommend them.

While at the store I worked with the store manager and he saved me big time on my oil filter cap gasket not being seated correctly from the last oil change on my new BMW. He is a huge reason why I will stay loyal to this location for all my vehicle fluid needs! He is the reason people can rely on local businesses and not getting robbed at dealerships! Thank you again!
