  Started my first class at CrossFit Crush on 10/8/2018, joined right after class ended. The coaches are extremely helpful, they scale the workouts to everyone's physical abilities. So far it's been a new workout everyday, everyday the workout kicks my butt. I feel so much stronger than I have ever felt before when working out by myself at the local gym. The people at this CrossFit box are amazing, they are friendly and so encouraging. I want to be healthy, strong, fit and in the best shape of my life so that I can show my kids what a strong momma looks like and I believe CrossFit Crush can help me reach that goal - CHAO

  I joined CrossFit Crush for 5 weeks while attending a course in Denver for school. I felt welcomed, respected and educated by them. I learned a lot about technique during this time and improved my form. I was always encouraged during class. I took my body weight and measurements before I started. While training here, I lost 3 inches from my hips, 2 inches from my waist, and 2 inches from my chest. I also lost 5 lbs. I was super lucky to be at such a great CrossFit gym with their great coaches while in Denver.

  Great coaching staff and intelligent programming! They meet the needs and ability of any fitness level and will help you make consistent progress on living a more healthy life. Highly recommended that you give them a try!

  Been coming here since July and am loving it. I find the workouts are perfectly varied and there is a huge emphasis on good form and technique. All the coaches are friendly, helpful, and they really know their stuff. Being still relatively new to CrossFit, I struggle with some techniques and it's amazing having other members stop what they're doing, come over, and give tips. Everyone is very encouraging no matter what level of an athlete you are. There are also a lot of couples and families at this gym, so I would recommend it to anyone looking for a great place for CrossFit or for trying it out for the first time.
