Summit Respiratory

Letisia is awesome. She helped me straighten out everything so I was able to get my CPAP back. Very happy with this company.

I have been using oxygen equipment supplied by Summit Respiratory for some time. Initially, I was supplied with a stationery, heavy concentrator, but, later on, when I needed a portable one for air travel as well as for car commute and daily use, quite some time was lost in the preparation of documentation and the back-and-forth with my doctor and Summit. But, thank God, finally Ms. Melissa Julian came to my help. She not only was very professional, understanding and courteous, but she took ownership of my problem, immediately approached her Corp. Office and got me delivered a portable concentrator the next day. I thank her very much for her effort and help. Both Summit Respiratory and Roth Tech. should be proud in having such a valuable and customer-oriented employee, as Ms. Melissa Julian. I also want to thank Sandra for her courtesy and cooperation.
