I am so happy I found this company! If you need hearing aids or suffer from Tinnitus, get in touch with them immediately. I could not be happier.

I was struggling with my hearing. I had been to an audiologist and we really didn't click; I did not find her to be helpful (perhaps because I had hearing aids I wanted programmed for my specific hearing loss.). She didn't seem caring, or even "present". I was referred to Dr Patty Kalmbach at Colorado Tinnitus. I really can't say enough good things about her, but I will hit the high points. I was told by my PCP that she was not in my network, untrue. I didn't have to do anything, Rebecca, in her office, took that off my plate and got it straightened out in less than a day. I have had 3 hearing tests and this was far and away the most comprehensive. Dr Kalmbach was very thorough, her explanations of the results were very easy to follow. I understood the strengths and the weaknesses of my hearing as it stood then. She was also very good about explaining the specific hearing aid she recommended, and not only how it worked but what she thought it would do for me. She sent me home with a set of hearing aids and my promise to be back. I rewarded that trust by having emergency surgery before I even gave them a chance. I offered to return them until I was back on my feet, she wouldn't hear of it, told me to focus on my recovery and come back when I was well enough...which was 2 months later. It was one more thing I didn't have to worry about while I was recovering. She has a prodigious knowledge base coupled with the ability to tailor her explanations to the person she is talking with. That stuff is all important and I certainly appreciated it, but her real strength is that she is a quality human being. She's kind, she is a good listener, she is empathetic, she asks the right questions, she cares about her patients and it shows. I couldn't be happier to have her as my audiologist. You spend a fair amount of time with your audiologist, choose wisely.
If you are just starting out in the hearing aid world, or you are looking for a change I can't recomend Dr Kalmbach enough, you won't be sorry.

I've been going to Colorado Tinnitus and Hearing for several years now, and can't be happier with the service I've been given. These doctors are experts in their field, and the folks at the front desk are always personable and friendly. As a frequent concert goer and musician, I have to be very careful about music volume. CT&H custom fitted new Phonak hearing plugs for me, and I couldn't be happier. Words can't describe how much better they are from my old plugs. I highly recommend this company if you are looking to treat tinnitus or are simply looking for ways to protect your hearing. Thanks so much!

What an incredible experience, from the moment I walked in to the moment my last set up appointment took place a month later, I consistently felt loved, well served, and taken care of from start to finish. Tinnitus was driving me insane, but Dr. Lisa thoroughly explained neuromonic treatment as an option and implemented it skillfully.
