SlimDown4life with Ideal Protein

Highly recommend. I lost 20 lbs in about 6 weeks. The professional and supportive, coach, Susan, is awesome. Very creative offering lots of practical, easy-to-do ideas about how to stay on the program. Would you believe me if I tell you she actually makes this process fun? It's true. I;ve tried all the weight loss programs - WW, etc. Love this eating plan; easy to follow; the Ideal Protein products are tasty; and most importantly, it's very effective.

I have struggled with my weight all my life and it wasn't until Ideal Protein and Howard's coaching that I have been able to successfully lose and maintain 20 lbs of weight loss for over a year. The program is scientifically based and with daily videos that explain the rationale behind the ins and outs of weight loss, and Howard's expert coaching, this program works. Not all clinics that offer Ideal Protein are the same. I tried another clinic and the coaching was not good. Howard is the best- I cannot recommend them more highly.

I just started the program two weeks ago, and I am completely amazed by how easy the program really is. I used to have so much anxiety surrounding food and eating to the point that I would just run to Wendy's or McDonald's almost every night for dinner. Now, because each meal is so fast and easy to make, and I know what I can and cannot eat on Phase 1... I have no more anxiety on what to eat.

After two weeks, I never have a hunger like I did on other diets and I have lost a lot of my anxiety surrounding food. Howard is great in supporting and keeping me accountable to my weight loss!

Well, I'm almost at 1 month in this program and I've lost 13.6 pounds! The customer service that Howard and Heidi and staff extend to me each week is phenomenal. The protocol is easy to follow and I feel better each day. I'm eating more now than ever and yet consuming fewer calories! Everything is nutritious and yummy! For the first time in my life, I think I have found a way of eating that can get all my weight off and keep it off. I need to lose more than 100 lbs, so this is very encouraging to me. I looking forward to doing this in 7 months. This looks likes its going to be a sweet ride!
