  Brian was absolutely incredible from the beginning. He reached out to me knowing I was looking at houses and we jumped right in. He listened to what I was looking for and he created me my own little profile with results of the search. If I looked at the listings and said I liked it, he jumped all over trying to set up a showing for me. He was able to connect me to a lender very easily. Even though it took a few tries and a few offers falling through, he never gave up and continued to find my perfect home! He knew from the beginning that this was my first time buying a home and he was very patient with me and all my naive questions. I enjoyed working with him from start to finish! Highly recommend!!

  I could not be happier with my experience with True Realty, and with Andrew Chetram and his team. I found Andrew and True Realty via recommendation from a friend, so allow me to make my own recommendation:
  
  I was a first-time homebuyer from out-of-state. In our first consulting call, Andrew helped me figure out which of my necessities and priorities on my checklist were within my budget, set up an online portal where I could flag houses that I was interested in, and helped both explain the pros and cons from the listing as well as toured all houses I was interested in while video-chatting so that I could see the place. He gave me perfect advice for making the most competitive offer for a house without overoffering. He not only went with the housing inspector, but talked me through the entire housing inspection report and what we could reasonably ask the owners to take care of, and got every item either fixed or given a credit at closing.
  
  Andrew was immediately responsive via both phone call and text. He either had the answer to every one of my questions, or could quickly refer me to someone on his team who knew the answer. He called me to congratulate me at the various important milestones on the process: going under contract, when the appraisal came back at our offer, and when we closed, which was such a kind and personal touch.
  
  All in all it was an extremely streamline, professional, and pleasant experience. I was worried at the start that I would have to figure out whether or not I needed to fly in, and how to schedule that, Instead, everything was taken care of for me, with me virtually present for every step of the process. I didn't even need to leave my house; a mobile notary brought the closing documents to the cafe at the corner. I expected such a momentous life event was going to be difficult, especially watching a friend trying and failing to buy a house locally a few months ago, but from start to finish everything was smooth sailing, and I know that I owe that to the massive amount of work that Andrew Chetram and his team did behind the scenes. Again, I could not recommend him highly enough, and if I ever need to buy another house, I will be personally requesting that he represent me again.

  Jayme was the BEST realtor I could have asked for when buying my first home. She worked so hard to help me find the perfect place and never made me feel like a nuisance. When it came time to close, both John and Joaquin were very communicative and made things super simple for me. I couldn't recommend a better team to work with in this crazy market!

  Sean was just a blessing during our home search. He always followed through, and was always ready to help us. He gave us space when we needed it, and helped us find a house that met all our needs. The team at True was on top of all the required dates and were so very helpful!

  Brian Harvey was great to work with! His negotiations with the seller's agent helped me get far more than I expected. He was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I highly recommend him!
