  I've been going to Balanced Living LLC for several years now and I'm so grateful for the services I've received and how they change, improve and enrich my life! Typically I'm a very upbeat, positive and happy person; yet several years ago I was in a slump, feeling depressed and discouraged, and just couldn't seem to move through it. A friend suggested I schedule a Biofeedback session with Kellie, so I did. By the end of the session I felt like myself again! I've also had Biofeedback sessions, when I wasn't physically feeling well, to get my body back in balance. The Bars sessions helped me release limiting beliefs and move forward in a way that better served me. These changes were subtle, yet very powerful; and definitely noticeable to me! I continue to experience a variety of sessions on a regular basis as a means to stay as healthy as possible on all levels - mental, spiritual, emotional and physical. I recently had several Light Therapy Sessions to help with healing after eye surgery and also with healing and eliminating pain/discomfort in my spine after a car accident. As soon as the sessions were over I notice my vision was very clear and the pain/discomfort in my spine was no longer present! (PS - All of the practitioners at Balanced Living LLC are caring, skilled and wonderful people! I highly recommend them!)

  I received Biofeedback due to my overwhelming anxiety and fear. The process is relaxing, noninvasive and really allows for a person to dig deep and look at their “issues” from a new perspective. Kellie taught me so much about myself and really offered a safe place for me to talk about, learn and understand how I react to life. I left feeling really good and that I have the necessary tools and knowledge to decrease the impact of my daily life on my mind and body and I’m extremely grateful for that. I already scheduled my next appointment and it can’t come soon enough!

  I haven’t felt this calm or slept this well In years! Kellie is inatley warm, welcoming, disarming and kind! I wish I had discovered the potential of biofeedback years ago!

  I am most grateful for the magical work that Kelli Smith has done for me over the years. My favorite service is the biofeedback. Kelli is an expert at diagnosing my body/mind and picking the right programs to run for cleaning and restoration. She has saved me from physical and emotional turmoil many times and I know the best way to prevent these problems is to see her about once per month.

  Kellie is truly one of a kind! Her kindness, knowledge and understanding of her clients' needs is second to none! I appreciate her patience, too!! Most importantly, I have noticed a considerable upward change in my overall health and energy from working with Kellie.
