Katelyn at SFIA makes the insurance process easy. She works through a yearly review with me about my insurance needs and looks for any adjustments that should be made. She is also very pleasant and professional. Last year, we decided to switch auto policies. She filled out all the paperwork and sent them to me to sign digitally. The process was easy for me I a knew I was getting the right coverage. I plan to stay with SFIA for a long time.

Your customer service is terrific. Anytime I have called and had to leave a message, my call has always been returned promptly. Anytime I have emailed, my email has been returned promptly. I can always get the information I need when I need it. That's uncommon today.

Always a prompt response to any questions I have and the policies I carry have been very reasonable and perfect for my circumstances. I've been with Greg for nearly 50 yrs now and have no plans to change. Sent numerous clients and friends to him and have always heard back how happy they are with his agency and staff.

I'm super impressed with how thoroughly they will research to get us lower rates. A few years ago we explored new auto policies and they put in a ton of additional leg work and showed me a spreadsheet of different policies applicable to us to chose from. We've also had very candid and thorough conversations with with our Account Manager about the appropriate amount of coverage for our home to make sure we're comfortably covered. This makes me feel confident that they genuinely work hard to get us the best policies.

We also get a lot of great perks through our policies like road side assistance which we've used reliably on more than one occasion. It's just nice feeling like our insurance needs are met so it's one less thing we have to worry about.
