I first went to see Dawn about 10 months ago. I was constantly fighting with my allergies that had only gotten worse each year and in all seasons. I was up to sometimes 3 or 4 allergy pills a day. After only a few months of working with Dawn, my allergies improved, and I have not taken one single allergy pill since then.

Her assessment and treatment of my restless leg syndrome has also been fantastic. The normally twitching legs I have dealt with at night all my life are now a thing of the past.

I am also an ultra runner who runs 50 to 100 mile races. Before I worked with Dawn, I would take pain meds and use Biofreeze on my legs just to keep moving with less pain. Last May, after working with Dawn for only a few months, I ran a 100-mile race and never once even thought about pain pills or Biofreeze. Now that my body is nearing a nutritional balance, it functions so much better. My recovery from these long running races is definitely shorter and less painful as well.

Dawn is professional, kind and supportive of my goals. She will listen to your health and life goals and help you feel better, too! I have benefited tremendously from my sessions with Dawn at Catalyst Family Health. I first started seeing her about two years ago due to problems with sleep and anxiety. When I first started meeting with her, I was having a hard time sleeping through the night and often felt on edge and restless. I met with Dawn much more at first and then started to take part in maintenance sessions after my sleep and anxiety improved. Soon after, I was diagnosed with cancer and Dawn helped me through this. She helped me to keep my immune system up so that I could take part in chemotherapy and radiation and take care of myself during this process. Although I have been done with treatments for six months, I continue to see her and she helps me with multiple aspects of my health. Dawn is amazing, consistent, and kind. She is attentive and never makes you feel like you are just one more appointments in her scheduling book. I would recommend her to anyone I know and will continue to see her as she has helped me to improve my quality of life.

Before I came to see Dawn at Catalyst Family Health I was struggling with severe and almost debilitating hand pain. I was frustrated and was looking for a solution outside of pain medication. I was frustrated and quite frankly exhausted dealing with the incredible amount of pain. When I first started seeing Dawn the pain started to subside. Not only did my pain subside I also experienced emotional relief. At first I was seeing Dawn every two weeks, and I have now moved to visits more focused on maintenance because of all of the relief. Very professional, clean and the acupuncture is done with precision and accuracy. The treatments have done wonders for neuropathy, numbness and pain post back surgery. Catalyst offers supplements but I have never felt pressured or coerced into purchasing them. Catalyst family heath has been great!
