Since I started seeing her, I noticed a significant change in my well being. Beth is truly a gifted healer. Her expert knowledge and ability to attune to the needs of the body reflects her experience and dedication to her practice. Her warm-heartedness, professionalism and ease creates a space that is always welcoming, attentive, and makes it easy to let go to the experience. I always look forward to our sessions. She has a way finding what your body needs most, correcting and releasing it, and I am not sore the next day. Never the same massage twice and always wonderful. I highly recommend her, but am always afraid word will get around and she will be too booked. ;)

I thought it was just a consequence of living a life filled with high impact sports and a result of getting older. Beth proved me wrong - there is a very real solution: Spinal Reflex Therapy delivered by a skilled practitioner.
I highly recommend Beth for anyone that's looking for a non-invasive and drug free solution to back pain. -

(February 8, 2017, 4:27 pm)My wife went to see Beth recently for a massage and said "it was the best". My favorite thing about Beth's practice is her online appointment booking portal. I have had a tough time making appointments for my wife's massages in the past, but Beth's is super easy. Highly recommended!
