They are so fair on their prices and worked with my insurance company really efficiently. They are a great shop

When my driver’s side window mechanism suddenly failed late on a Friday afternoon … instantly dropping my window down into my door frame … I immediately called Boulder Hybrid for help.

Since I didn’t have a private garage to store my car in for security purposes, the owner and staff at Boulder Hybrid invited me to bring my car in, offered me a loaner car, put my car inside their shop for the weekend, and after investigating my window problem, they placed an order for the required replacement part, assuring me they would fix my window asap.

I received a call on Monday letting me know my car was fixed and it ready for pick up.

My life was only disrupted during the initial 10 minutes before Paul and his staff swooped in like a safety net, instantly returning my life to normal.

I was so very grateful for Boulder Hybrid’s quick solution, efficient resolution, kindness, and reassuring manner when I needed it!!

Months later, my car’s main battery’s water pump failed. Boulder Hybrids were able to fit me into their schedule and get me back on the road within a few days! And their estimated quote for the repairs were spot on!!

I had my catalytic converter stolen on a Monday and, after filing a police report and calling my insurance company, my next call was to Boulder Hybrids. After getting some information from me they worked directly with my insurance company and all I had to do was bring my car in a few days later. Replacement of the cat and installation of a deterrent shield was completed within 48 hours. I am always impressed with the professionalism, timeliness, and quality of work at Boulder Hybrids. I have been taking my hybrid car here for the past 5 years and I wouldn't dream of taking it anywhere else.

Many dealers, lock shops, and repair shops are prepared to charge hundreds of dollars to replace modern car keys and fobs, which are made of a few cents worth of plastic and metal. So glad I took my old Highlander to Boulder Hybrids. They politely and efficiently set me up with a spare fob and keys for less than cheap. I was surprised and very impressed. During the few other times I have gone to them, I have never felt they were gouging or misleading me. They have been friendly, fair, and professional. Thanks folks!
