VF is like a family to me now. I love being a part of it!
Over the years, I’ve taken classes at both the Fort Collins and Boulder locations. For me, pole dancing was incredibly empowering. It helped give me a major boost to my body positivity when I was struggling with weight gain. It was the first time I had a community of truly supportive women (and the occasional man) in my life. It was the first time I had ever felt comfortable in booty shorts. Between two fantastic owners, phenomenal instructors, and a vibrant community, what more could one ask for in a studio setting?
