He's got a background in building science, so he knows how to think through details that really matter, like condensation issues (particularly important for me, since I'm extremely sensitive to mold). He's comfortable collaborating, if you're doing some of the work yourself. He's also just really sweet and pleasant to work with. Plus, he's got that oh-so-rare quality of showing up when he says he will! I can't recommend him highly enough.
