Ellen provided such great service on the rooftop patio. We are so excited Motherlode is open again. Live music on Fridays too! Go check it out.

Enjoyed our dining experience and look forward to returning. Delicious food, friendly staff, nice ambiance. Service was a little slow but that’s to be expected when you’ve just reopened and are working out some kinks. We’ll be back soon.

It was our first visit to Motherlode Cafe and Tavern. A sunny day and we set on the upper outside deck. Very nice! Food was good and our waiter nice and helpful. We will be returning!

My husband and I went to Motherlode for his birthday and were pleasantly surprised. We have always hoped this place would be a success as we love the atmosphere and rooftop. We got the wings (perfectly crispy and blue cheese was awesome). The prosciutto mac and cheese was our favorite by far! Creamy with such a unique flavor. We ordered the steak and frites and would say the cut was slightly too fatty but overall experience was excellent. We are hopeful that this place continues to improve and prosper as we need good restaurants and bars in Gunbarrel!
