  With the shortage of housing in the area Thistle has been a much needed asset for people struggling to find a home. I have been with Thistle over 2 years and have found them to be professional. The maintenance department has always been prompt with nice workers in my home. In the beginning the laundry room was very sub par. They have made the needed changes. I had an incident with a mean dog and I felt that management was on top of the problem and I felt supported.

  The unit below me was painted and the fumes were so strong in my apartment that I couldn't stay there. The leasing office graciously put me up in a hotel for two nights, while airing out and monitoring both apartments. They even paid for a Lyft to get me to the hotel the first night, and they plan to help with my heating bill since they had to open my windows and turn the heat up. If I have to stay elsewhere any longer, I won't be charged rent for those days. They were very apologetic for the issue, even though they really couldn't have anticipated it. I am extremely grateful to Thistle!

  I have lived in a Thistle property for two years. It has been a delightful experience! The facility is very well maintained, and the staff are always courteous, professional, and attentive whenever I need any information or assistance. I highly recommend them!

  The Thistle team I worked with (Rachel, Eli and Brittany) where exceptional, attentive and responsive. With their help I was able to find a great place to live for an incredible price. I would highly recommend thistle to anyone who is looking for affordable housing in Boulder county.
