Went in to review our insurance after the Marshall fire and Amber was super nice and knowledgeable. She spent a lot of time explaining the unique characteristics of insuring a house in our area. I would definitely recommend this office.

I have no personal connection with Gary Mercer's office other than having my home, rental condo, general liability and all auto and motorcycle policies with them for more than 20 years. There has never been an issue or problem of any kind. My questions are always answered promptly and even the tiniest policies (a scooter for $35 a year!) are written quickly and done correctly. I recently asked for some paperwork and I got it within hours. When I ask for quotes they come same day, etc.

This office always bends over backwards to help me out. They are prompt and very friendly and very willing, except when you ask them to use their own credit card for your premiums. Then they get pretty stubborn.
