    My experience at Metro Urgent Care was good. I didn't have to wait too long and the staff was professional. I did not get my issue solved at Metro because I needed imaging but the NP's advice was for me to go to the ED and get imaging. I'm glad I did because I needed an appendectomy! I will be back in the future (knock on wood not too soon) if needed.

    My first trip to Metro Urgent Care was as smooth and easy as could be. Paperwork took a few minutes, as always for a first visit. It was a holiday so not too many patients (and probably fewer staff). Comfortable, quiet, spacious waiting area - and no blaring TVs!
    Wait time was reasonable, everyone was friendly and informative, and I was able to purchase my prescriptions right there. I felt really lousy so that was a bonus, to not have to make an extra stop for medicine. I already referred a family member to Metro.

    Metro Urgent Care provided excellent, speedy care. The nurses were attentive and kind, the front desk person was helpful and fast and the doctor was very knowledgeable, helpful, patient and kind. I would recommend this urgent care, absolutely.

    I went in this morning due to having a serious panic attack and all the women there were so wonderful! Each and every one of them were so helpful in calming me down and getting my vitals back to where they should be. It was a very pleasant visit even in my situation.
