  Melissa was there at the home birth of my first baby back in April. I can't say enough wonderful things about her! I would highly recommend her to anyone. She has a very calming, unobtrusive presence and was a major asset at my birth. I had a long, drawn out labor and she showed up a full DAY before my midwife; she was a great labor companion, and brought/made lots of yummy snacks, and gave great back rubs! I truly feel my birth experience wouldn't have been as wonderful as it was without her there. Thanks Melissa!!!

  I met Melissa last year. I was expecting my third baby and I decided to find a doula. I must say that it was the best experience of all of my hospital births!
  Mel was compassionate and knowledgeable throughout everything. I admit that though it wasn't our first baby, I was most anxious and even concerned this time around. Such a blessing to have her by our side to help labor go smoothly and well! My husband and I will always be grateful for Melissa being with us during a beautiful time in our lives.

  Melissa has been my massage therapist for two years. She has helped me in my healing process with chronic pain. In short, I am grateful for her helping me get to a better feeling place with my body. I have had several massage therapists in my life and I place Melissa at the top of my list for excellence.
  
  I have also had the opportunity to see Melissa with her children. She is respectful and listens to them with a kind and loving manner. Great mom from my perspective.
