(March 3, 2019, 3:41 pm)After much consideration, I chose Home Care of the Rockies for my 85 year old dad who had a total knee replacement and needed care while I was at work. From the start, my experience was top notch. Paul came to my home and met with us (talking directly to my dad, not me) and learned about him, how he would like to receive care and what his needs were. He clearly explained the program and what to expect from Home Care of the Rockies. When care began, Paul came to introduce the care giver and give them a lay of the land (which happened whenever a new care giver came), which was great as I wasn't always around to explain things. The quality of the care givers was excellent, and they truly customized care to what worked for my dad (who can be a character at times :). I work in senior living, so my expectations were high. I truly can't say enough about how well run Home Care of the Rockies is, including their leadership, amazing training program and their recruitment of care givers. I imagine they have above average longevity of their team. Sandi McCann and her team are passionate about what they do and have strong integrity. If the need arose, I would chose them again in a minute.

These caregivers and the office staff are nice, helpful, well trained, compassionate, good workers and do a very good job for me.I was with another agency before going with Homecare of Rockies. Homecare of the Rockies is so much better for me then this prior agency was.

(February 20, 2019, 10:51 pm)Home Care of the Rockies stands apart in the home health care field. From the initial contact to their thoughtful follow up, they are truly exemplary. Their agency hierarchy ensures that caregivers are evaluated for fit prior to placement and they are very responsive to any issues with client/caregiver fit should they arise. This agency has been invaluable to me during a very trying time. They have hung in there through the thick and thin and continue to stand by my side to make sure we get the care we need. A special thanks to Linda Olson and Diana in scheduling. I literally could not do this without your help and all of your hard work.
