Bridget is an absolute professional. And an incredible talent. She's an expert Reiki practitioner, a practiced listener, and a kind person with a good soul you can't help but feel as you speak with her. On the afternoon I met with Bridget, I had spent the morning driving through a blizzard to and from an important heart scan appointment in Denver. All the way home I kept thinking that I would reschedule my appointment with her because the roads were so bad and I was feeling very stressed out. But, incredibly, the closer I got to Longmont, the roads cleared and the sun came out. I am so glad I kept my appointment!

I arrived at my appointment and was treated to a warm foot bath and cup of tea and conversation with Bridget, which immediately helped alleviate my earlier stress. She was so welcoming and a great listener as I related my morning to her. My time on her table was incredible relaxing. I've only done Reiki one time and it was a number of years ago so I really didn't remember that much about the experience other than the practitioner telling me that I had "white light shooting from my head".. During my session, I was especially aware of the strong thumping of my heart as she worked on my Heart Chakra. I felt reassured that all would be ok with my heart (and test results proved that to be true!). Bridget noted what she felt a "dancing-like sensation" at both my Third Chakra and Heart Chakra and saw white light from my Crown Chakra. Cool, right?

All in all, it was a wonderful experience and while I didn't have specific areas I was hoping to work on, I found the entire experience pampering and relaxing. I slept so well for several nights following my session, too.

I highly recommend visiting Bridget for a Reiki & Coaching session. You won't regret it!
