(December 21, 2018, 11:14 am)Valerie and Anna have been totally and completely professional and always friendly. As a matter of fact insurance kept putting my new leg on administrative hold, given that literally the only thing I wanted for Christmas this year was for my children to see me stand on my own, Valerie fought daily with insurance to make it happen. Finally the day before my appointment to get my leg she got the approval. The other hang up was that the foot was at their office but the leg was at the wrong office Valerie is making a special trip to pick it up and have it at the office in time for my appointment. In short, nothing but praise for the longmont Hanger office, thanks for making my Christmas wish come true.
