This is the best physical therapy I have ever had - and I have had a lot! I feel like my time at therapy is very well spent. I am not just doing exercises that I could do at home, but Grant Black has used different methods that I cannot do at home on my own, such as ultrasound, e-stim and Blood Flow Restriction Therapy. I think that those, combined with the exercises are really helping me heal.

Jayci Howard at Select Physical Therapy is truly kind-hearted and compassionate. That makes such a difference when you are feeling down on yourself and trying to reclaim your health, fitness and life.

PT is not a job for users to give high scores because the process to recovery is painful.
Travis' work for me was insiteful because it was my first experience with PT.
Travis accepted what others suggested for exercises to help me. Yet his suggestions did not consider limits in my range of movement without pain.

This has to be one of the best physical therapy offices I have been to. The staff have been so helpful with some stuff I needed to figure out. They are very welcoming and nice.
Diana Kidd, PT is my physical therapist and hands down the best I’ve seen. When I ask questions she answers them, but it’s not a quick text book answer like all the other physical therapist I’ve seen and I walk out feeling my questions were not totally answered. She goes into detail and is very knowledgeable! She is pretty amazing at what she does! I would absolutely recommend Select Physical Therapy to anyone!

Lydia Murphey is by far the best physical therapist I have ever known. She helped me through a hip issue and then post surgical therapy after a shoulder replacement. My success through the surgery is largely due to her help and dedication to my recovery. She is caring, super knowledgeable and superior at her profession. I will never go to another therapist. :) Thanks Lydia, for everything you have done and do for me.
