Quality Renovations & Roofing

We had two projects completed in February 2021. Brian and crew built a loft room on the second floor and added a bathtub to a half bath in our basement. We are very pleased with the projects.

Quality Renovations and Roofing did a great job on not only helping with negotiations with my insurance company, but they also did an excellent roof installation. It was a complicated process in that sizable hail damaged my house roof, my large shed roof was damaged, my pergola roof was damaged, and even my hot tub cover. Brian and his folks were there on site with my insurance company to make sure all was addressed and taken care of. Great team work between Brian and Liberty Mutual. I also ended up with an upgraded type 4 roof. Very satisfied. Thanks to all!

I highly recommend Quality Renovations and Roofing. They did an amazing job on my roof last year. Brian Benner was great to work with and went above and beyond working with my insurance company, in addition to advising me that I needed more ventilation. They know the roofing regulations in Longmont which are very specific. The crew was superb! They took great care to cover my plants and cleaned up everything, including absolutely every nail! The inspector even said it was as the nicest roof he had seen! And they are right here in Longmont!! I wouldn’t use anyone else!!
