Home Instead

I am a caregiver at Home Instead and I can say with confidence this is a great place to work. The office team is so helpful and super nice people to work with. I worked with Gloria to have the schedule I wanted and it works great. I have always felt the support from the whole team! Not to mention the sweet clients I get to work with :) great company to work for if you want to do in-home caregiving.

From when I first applied for employment with Home Instead I was encouraged by their quick response and positive feedback.
I was introduced to the whole office team at my interview and everyone was friendly and welcoming.
I immediately felt at ease and valued which I hadn't expected as I had been retired for 7 years, and going for an interview was a bit nerve wracking.
They were happy to work with me for the hours I could do and have never pressured me to take extra shifts if I can't do them.
I have been with Home Instead for nearly a year now and I always feel valued and appreciated.

This office of Home Instead has been fantastic. The caretakers we've worked with have all been incredibly caring people who have had a true interest in helping and engaging with our parents, each with their own special strengths. The vast majority were a really good fit with our folks, and in the rare instances where it wasn't, the back office staff has been super in making any needed adjustments.

The folks in the back office have also been incredibly flexible in meeting our needs, and always friendly and easy to work with.

I am a caregiver for Home Instead. I wanted to share with you my experience with them and my clients. First of all the clients I have had so far have blessed me with their care. You really get to know them and they always have great stories! If you like to visit or listen to stories you might try being a caregiver like me! As for working with Home Instead it’s been great! They are all so nice and positive. Whenever I call they help me and are always nice. It’s a wonderful place to work with.

As a Home Instead caregiver, I have come to love working with this company. Everyone here works as a team, and they are always there to answer questions, listen, and encourage us. They care about our personal lives and are willing to work our schedules around our needs. A job well done is always appreciated and acknowledged, and there is always more education available to help us provide the most excellent care for our clients. I always look forward to going into our office because I know I will be instantly met at the door with smiling faces and hugs. This team feels more like a group of friends, and I love it!
