Ginza Sushi-Hibachi (Asian Fusion)

What a nice surprise! We dropped in a whim to celebrate my other half's birthday on a Monday night, and the place was nearly empty. We chose the hibachi experience, and wound up getting a few more people added to our table. We made some new friends, ate fantastic food, and they even sang to my partner. The miso soup is sublime! This will be added to the lunch rotation. We drove away wondering how/why it was so dead - everyone was so kind and sweet.

We were hesitant to come because the prior ownership wasn't good and had some unsanitary practices.
We were glad we went! The new ownership is paying off. They have really good hibachi with large portions (picutre is half eaten)
If you're hesitant due to their past, give them a try. We had a great time at hibachi with great food!

Virgie was our server and was phenomenal. All the food was tasty and I appreciate the authentic nature of some of the options. She mentioned they will be having a grand re-opening of their sushi and habachi on July 1 which we are going to hopefully make it to! Side of steamed veggies for $3 is actually a pretty solid option when dining out and trying to remain healthy! They also were able to accommodate my wife who is 100% gluten free.
