I have been purchasing their drops for my wife from a local store. I decided to order from their website because it was less expensive. The first order went well. I even had some lotion sent to my wife’s friend who has arthritis and she loved it.
I’ve since had a problem with an order and lack of customer service. I finally got a RESPONCE from them. They are reshipping my order 2 day air with an extra supply. That upgraded their score. I still deducted one star. They knew that they had a problem with their shipper and were flooded with complaints. They should have worked overtime to clear the backlog. -
