  So I just received my 2022 Gibson 59 Murphy painted les Paul VOS!! I love it! The finish feels different, the quality is spot on. The pickups are open, dynamic and have that twang and sparkle if needed and roll the tone and crank the volume and the hair…sizzle…gristle comes out in spades. I know it’s not most budget friendly guitar and there are so many great options for fraction of price but it’s that tiny bit of magic in the look, feel and sound that truly makes the experience unparalleled in a new single cut. So besides the guitar, Bruce and everyone else at wildwood is just as amazing as my new les Paul! Ever since I bought my prs 594 from them, they’ve earned a customer for life. Their attention to detail, customer service and just being great people overall has made me a customer for life! and if you’re wondering…nope they’re not my local store in fact I live just outside of NYC. I have lots of choices but their selection and just absolutely amazing customer care makes them my top choice for all my future guitar purchases. If you’re curious def look into the Murphy guitars…worth it! and regardless of where you are make sure you give wildwood a shot because I promise after that you won’t want to go anywhere else!!

  I was looking online for a Martin 000-15m, my first acoustic, they had one in stock so I gave them a call. I spoke with Bruce and he helped me marvelously. I had some quiet concerns about ordering a guitar online, this is my second; however, Bruce assured me about the expert measures taken when shipping, and I hadn’t even brought it up. I received my guitar on time and it was safe and sound. It came perfectly set up and plays beautifully. The tone of solid body mahogany is exquisite.
  
  I live in Michigan but the next time I want to buy a guitar I think I’ll see Wildwood in the flesh

  While their showroom is closed, they are still committed to providing the best possible experience for their customers in their search for the perfect guitar.
  
  I called ahead to see if I could come and play some guitars, and they were more than happy to accommodate. It is weather dependent on whether they will allow this due to the fact that they set up an amp outside in front of the store and bring the guitars out to you to try. However, at no point in this process did I ever feel I was an inconvenience as Steve (the owner) was helping me and answering my questions.
  
  I ended up with one of their Wildwood Select 50s Les Paul Standards and I couldn’t be happier. The guitar is set up wonderfully and sounds amazing. I’m very pleased with my experience and couldn’t recommend Wildwood (Steve, Bruce, Lance, the whole team!) enough.

  I came across Wildwood while searching for a new Les Paul. I had looked at some of the big box stores, and decided I wanted to to buy a Gibson from a reputable smaller shop. Wildwood had great photos of all of their guitars that were available to purchase. Once I identified which model/weight/color finish/top that I was most comfortable in purchasing, I picked out the most desirable top to me in the range.
  My sales rep. Troy got me some great close up photos of the neck and fretboard. There were some areas that had tooling marks and some slight refinements needed. The techs worked over the identified issues that resulted in a very nicely hand finished final product. My experience in purchasing a new Les Paul through Wildwood was great. I am very pleased with my new "Slash" Les Paul in November Burst finish.

  Rolled up on this wonderful gem of a store in Louisville, Colorado today, the owner Steve poked his head out before I was about to drive off cause showroom was closed. He said, just let him know what kind of guitar you like to check out and he'd bring it out and I just so happened to have one in mind today . Enjoyed meeting you Steve!! He said they have a stool and AMP out front. So finally bought my first new guitar, and am pleased as can be, Steve brought out an EVH Frankie and as soon as I held it, I just had to take it home. Thank you guys for everything!!! I'll be back!
