Very professional service that kept in contact with me daily, and dealt with the insurance company (State Farm) directly. You never want to need a service like this, but if you do - they make it easy.
Service master responded quickly to our call. They were efficient with their time, clear with what they needed to accomplish and took care to keep the area clean while removing water from our basement. I would recommend ServiceMaster of Boulder.
I have nothing but good things to say about this company. Our condo flooded while I was preparing to board a plane in another state. I was recommended this company for mitigation services by my insurance agent, and so I called them in a stressful state of mind. They were quite busy that day, but managed to make it to our unit within an hour of calling them to begin mitigation action. I arrived to our home from the airport to find everything moved, cleaned, and the drying process in progress. The workers, Carlos and Jaime, both waited until i arrived in order to explain what they had completed, as well as what needed to be completed in order to prevent any further damages / issues. I was also greeted by the project manager, Tom, the next day with further information and process details. He was very thorough and reassuring. The process took about 10 days all together, and throughout every stage, every employee was more than willing to assist us with anything and everything. They helped us move large furniture, provided us with additional packaging materials, and constantly kept us in the loop with the next steps. Marcus and John were also very helpful throughout the entire process, and I am very grateful for each and every contribution these employees made each day. They brought reassurance and comfort in times of stress and worry. I highly recommend this organization for anyone that may need mitigation services in the future. (I hope that never happens to anyone, though, it's awful). Lastly, this organization implements very organized and effective business practices at a reasonable price. Again, highly recommend.
What began as a daunting experience became manageable when John Fincham took charge of the cleaning and dehumidifying of my basement after my sump pump lift stuck. John managed the entire process professionally and thoroughly and made sure that the basement was dry and that his crew fulfilled his and the company's high standards. I am grateful for the job ServiceMaster does in hiring a customer-service oriented and knowledgeable project manager like John who supervises a quality job and who kept me informed throughout the process.
This company is outstanding. We had a flood of sewage in our basement. A real person (the supervisor) answered our after-hours call and provided good and reassuring information immediately. The whole crew was friendly and professional, and consulted me appropriately about how to handle things. They had to snake multiple large hoses through my extensive garden and managed to do so without trampling anything or in fact touching a leaf on the peonies etc. Charges were reasonable and the cleanup fast and perfect. I feel fine about using the basement again. (Phew!) Would call them again in a heartbeat and highly recommend them to you.
