This is true health care with completely individualized treatments and health strategies for mind and body. Cardiac issues now under control without drugs. Serious skin problems treated without cortisone cream. Individualized dietary changes that really make a difference. Sensible supplements. Acupuncture. So much more.

The footpath and IR sauna are divine! I saw Dr. Sara Hart for a knee problem and she got things moving in only one session!

The full range of services from acupuncture, to sauna treatments, and rolfing (Danielle is truly talented at her craft), I have been able to truly take responsibility for my health, gain control of feeling great, everyday. Highly recommend Dr. Hart and her team. Well worth the investment.
