Retreat at the Flatirons

Tara, Edgar, and Josh are the best! This is a great community. I highly recommend it for anyone living in the Broomfield/Flatirons area. Maintenance is very quickly at responding.

My Fiancé and I moved here from California and this community exceeded our expectations. The leasing office staff is very friendly, as well as the maintenance staff. The apartment itself is very modern and has a great layout. The community has a lot of great features that others did not offer. The neighborhood has minimal noise, but our neighborhood and neighbors seem friendly. We are both very pleased with our move here and plan to stay for at least three years.

Strange layouts and very noisy apartment. Toured a 2 bedroom and not only was the floor plan laid out strangely but there are also 2 doors out to the very tiny patio. (One of the a sliding door in the bedroom) The finishes were nice but it didn't feel like a quiet place as I could hear the people upstairs just walking as I toured. It's probably due to the large coverage of linoleum.

I moved into Retreat at the Flatirons last fall and have really enjoyed being here. This is my first apartment and I couldn’t have picked a better complex to settle in at! Great amenities and friendly staff! I highly recommend checking o it this complex!
