  I have been attending personal training for 9 months. I feel great and cannot express the appreciation for the staff at Widespread. There is no judgement and everyone is very willing to help from whatever place you need to start. I am not athletic by nature and was in very poor shape. With the encouragement and careful guidance I now now have energy and look and feel tremendously better. Not a typical gym but a great way to get in shape and get off the couch!

  Matt & Kari are great! They really help to create a community for all gym members and support every level and need in the gym. They are very dedicated and offer both coaching in the gym and also coaching with nutrition to meet all your goals!

  Wonderful gym and owners. They have created a tremendous community for athletes and families of every athletic ability and background. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.

  Widespread Crossfit is a terrific gym that suits all levels of fitness. The coaches and owners have created a community atmosphere that promotes healthy, safe, and functional fitness. They're willing to meet the needs of any person, whether workouts need to be scaled or people need to be pushed harder. If you're looking for a gym that will push you to reach new fitness heights, while becoming a part of a community, look no further!

  I have tried several work out regimes, but Wide Spread Cross Fit has surpassed all of my expectations. Matt and Kari walk the talk as owners. They actually do the workouts, and know their stuff. They are incredibly supportive and deeply care about helping all of their athletes continue to work toward their fitness goals. Vastly different from other gyms where owners and managers rarely participate.They've also assembled a team of like minded coaches, and have built such a supportive culture within the gym. It's really a pleasure meeting and working out with other gym members. No posers, just real workouts that vary considerably. Never boring! I highly recommend WSCF!
