  Harry came out and did an inspection on a home that we are buying. He was punctual and very polite. He took the time to explain what he was looking for and why. He also took the time to explain to us some of the nuances of living in a mountain community, it is our first house outside of town. We appreciated the time and explanation! If we ever need another inspection, we will call Harry!

  I am a Real Estate agent at RE/MAX of Boulder and Harry is my go-to-guy. We've worked together all along the Front Range from Longmont to Castle Rock. Inspectrum delivers a very thorough, easy to understand report to new home owners. The first pages of the inspection report summarizes & prioritizes all findings into comprehensible levels, 1-3.   Hi, my name is Davide U. and I cannot say enough about Harry and the high quality of his detailed work. I am a former army officer and firefighter and have been to many fire inspections, etc. I contracted Inspectrum to check out a house I was interested in and he took me through it from roof to basement in extreme detail. His written report was then emailed to me the same evening and was perfect. He was very punctual, polite and extremely personable. He took time to answer all my girlfriend's and my questions. A 5 star service. Highly recommended!
